WILLSON INSURANCE AGENCY
Our agency was established in 1978 when Phil Willson, a partner in another agency for fifteen years, decided to go into business for himself. At that time, we contracted with a number of strong regional insurance companies, giving us the strength and focus to develop an exceptional working relationship between agency and companies. In the ensuing years the company has tripled in size and has a professional staff of seven insurance specialists offering sales and service assitance.
At present, Willson Insurance Agency serves the insurance needs of over, 1,500 individuals and families, and the insurance needs of over 400 business concerns in southwest Michigan.
Our office includes a high speed automated accounting system, along with computer interfacing with our various insurance companies, which allows us the latest in technological advancement providing immediate communication. Our claims handling authority allows us to pay for smaller claims of $5,000 or less by writing checks here on location. Our system also includes accurat rating systems for both personal and commercial quotes. Like most progressive businesses today, we are continually adapting to the latest improvements, allowing us to provide excellent service through efficient means.
